The Client Manager is a mid-level, client facing role responsible for managing and retaining a diverse book of International Reverse Flow business. You will be responsible for all aspects of new and renewal business, marketing and remarketing process, and day-to-day servicing of accounts. Client Service Specialists are responsible for providing timely, accurate, technical assistance to clients and client service teams. This includes providing service and expertise of US insurance and market knowledge to our global Network.

The Role
• Knowledge of commercial insurance experience
• Coordinate and support all day-to-day client service and consultation
• Collaborate and communicate with Domestic and Global Center teams (e.g.  Accounting, Certificate Center, Surplus Lines, Renewal Services, Policy Checking) to smoothly and effectively complete joint work/process steps
• Educate overseas colleagues with the US marketplace (e.g., Surplus Lines, Workers’ Compensation)
• Request and gather updated exposures and underwriting information
• Analysis of existing client programs and the evaluation of risk against such programs
• Preparation and presentation of submissions to insurance companies, coordinating with Brokers and Placement Specialists as needed
• Analysis of quotations and delivery of competitive proposals with recommended options
• Placement of policies and confirmation of coverage
• Certificate and Auto ID issuance
• Electronic policy delivery
• Assist clients in working directly with carriers on their claims
• Obtain audit revisions/dispute audit with carrier as applicable
• Collaborate and communicate with the Network to process, invoice, deliver, and service globally-placed US policies
• Maintain account management information in appropriate systems
• Coordinate billing based on client/carrier instructions and assist in collections as needed
• Gather necessary information to complete the Surplus Lines billing/filing process
• Ensure compliance with all Willis Towers Watson and regulatory procedures such as WEM, SOX, FATCA, surplus lines tax and country sanctions
The Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience in a client-facing or external stakeholder-facing role
• 2-20 P&C License required
• Must successfully complete appropriate licensing exam(s) and/or maintain required licensing by completing various Continuing Education activities as needed. If already licensed, must be able to show valid confirmation of current status.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated analytical ability, problem solving, and desk management skills
• Technological acumen to adapt to multitude of technology-based systems, including agency management software, Adobe PDF applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary applications
• Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment, yet maintaining attention to detail, process, and compliance
• Ability to collaborate with on-site and extended team members
• Global insurance and/or business experience highly desirable
