As a Assistant Manager you should:
• Have a High school diploma or equivalent
• Be ServSafe Certified
• Have restaurant management operations experience of 6 months+
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance with open availability, meaning this position will require a flexible schedule (not fixed) and be able to cover shifts on short notice
• Prioritize the continuous training of all employees
• Be proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports
