We have an immediate opening for a dedicated professional to train directly with our Managing Partner to cultivate industry knowledge across various segments of our operations and become the right hand that can assist with facilitating the sales team, overseeing the operations, and developing new talent that comes on board.
Training will begin with mastering the basics of our business practices, primarily:
• Consumer Psychology
• Customer Service
• Marketing Strategies
• Territory Coordination and Management
• Campaign Development
• Management and Administration
• Business Development
• Lead Generation
• Inventory Analysis
Preferred Qualifications:
• Leadership experience in academics, athletics, and/or previous role
• Accountability, reliability, and tenacity
• Assertive and confident with strong business acumen
• Keen decision making skills with delegation abilities
• Effectively able to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Strong communication skills both with customers and internal teams
• Willing and eager to learn techniques in cross functional departments

Salary: $36,500.00 to $54,600.00 /year
