Residential Home Builder Project Manager
A rising construction corporation is looking for their next Residential Construction (Home Builder) Project Manager. This would be a combination of multifamily and residential construction. This is a great company to work with that has amazing benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications
• Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations prefered but not required
• 5+ years' experience in construction, comfortable with building houses
• Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
• Take initiative and seek responsibility
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors and vendors
