As the PM Food and Beverage Manager your focus will be on assisting the Front of the House team with their daily activities as well as the following other position responsibilities:
• Beverage ordering and receiving
• Guest table visits
• Ensuring restaurant cleanliness
• Overseeing closing duties of the team
• Bartending and filling in as needed to help the team or in times of unexpected call-offs
• Assistance with monthly inventory
• Controlling costs within the department
• Expo functions when needed
• Assisting with overseeing Banquets when appropriate
• Event planning and execution activities for groups
• Ordering/receiving products
• Overseeing scheduling and staffing for your shift
• Creating and understanding the BEO process and creation
Your responsibility is a critical position in ensuring the smooth business operation on our PM Shift.  Our team will look to you for your leadership to make sure that everything is executed to the best of the our ability always keeping in mind that exemplary guest service is number 1.
Requirements
Successful individuals must be available to work flexible schedules and have proven track records as effective trainers, coaches and motivators.
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead, direct and motivate supervisors and associates. Must be experienced with cost controls, financial controls, profit and loss statements, etc.
• Direct and participate the functions of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
• Maintain high standards of food & beverage quality, service & marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
• Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer satisfaction of the Food & Beverage operations.
• Assist in the recruiting of high quality personnel and manage the development, motivation and retention of staff.
