WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
As a Customer Service Representative for us, you are the voice of our company! Much of your day is spent taking reservations, answering questions, and resolving concerns in person, online, and over the phone. You are personable and empathetic when working with customers and are sure to effectively determine and meet the needs of our clients. Additionally, being highly organized, you are accurate when entering data and keeping records. If you can do those things and meet the following requirements, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
• Previous call center/customer service experience
• Previous experience performing data entry
• Must love dogs
• Flexible and open availability including holidays
