WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Master Scientist Clinical Operations
SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level
FUNCTION: Kentucky Bioprocessing

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Kentucky Bioprocessing
The role is responsible for Oversees all clinical trial activities executed by CROs, ensuring smooth and timely progress of every step for specific products. Develops trial schedules, goals/objectives, maintain records. Assists in the development of key documents required for clinical trials. Collaborates with other functions as a bridge between KBP and CROs for seamless supply of clinical-grade drugs to trial locations and regulatory compliance. Identifies potential roadblocks in clinical trial processes and escalates to Chief Medical Officer. Ensures integrity and compliance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
• Oversees all clinical trial activities executed by CROs, ensuring smooth and timely progress of every step for specific products
• Develops trial schedules, goals/objectives, maintain records
• Assists in the development of key documents required for clinical trials
• Collaborates with other functions as a bridge between KBP and CROs for seamless supply of clinical-grade drugs to trial locations and regulatory compliance

CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
• Do you have recent experience in management of clinical trials for pharmaceuticals?
• Have you managed Clinical Research Organizations for clinical trials?
• Do you have experience in preparation and presentation of the data from clinical trials?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Has 4+ years’ experience in clinical trial operations in biotech/biopharma
• Oversees all clinical trial activities executed by CROs, ensuring smooth and timely progress of every step for specific products
• Develops trial schedules, goals/objectives, maintain records
• Demonstrates strong collaboration skills, including ability to communicate clearly as part of a team.
• Exhibits facility with written and oral communication for manager and external audiences, especially on technical subjects
• Minimal bachelor’s degree in biomedical science; advanced degree in biomedical sciences
BENEFICIAL
