Farmacy is a quick service concept that looks to revolutionize the in-market deli experience. This will be the third location of our growing chain! We are looking for an experienced restaurant operator who understands the processes that keep a quick service restaurant moving. Our ideal candidate will feel comfortable working with our existing systems as well as improvising new ones where necessary for specific use at this new location. Candidates with experience in new-location openings who are familiar with inventory, prep, setting and maintaining pars, line operation and efficiency are most qualified. Leadership skills and the habit of being the first in and the last to leave the restaurant, comfort with coaching and development, and creating a positive work environment are our main focus.
