About the role:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help cover freight and build carrier relationships on one of TQL's fastest growing teams. You will play a critical role in overseeing daily load activities while maintaining a high level of customer service to continuously exceed our customers’ expectations.

What you’ll be doing:
• Build and maintain carrier relationships to ensure dedicated capacity on a large scale
• Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
• Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems
• Locate carriers for available freight and negotiate competitive rates
• Quickly and proactively resolve problems that may arise while a load is in transit
What you need:
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft Office Suite – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Hall of fame work ethic with a sense of urgency and results oriented focus
• Ability to work a rotating weekend shift every 6-8 weeks – frequency may vary and flex time available
