We are looking for a skilled Marketing Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office, marketing, and clerical tasks and someone willing to grow with our company as we are expanding our portfolio of services. What are the basics are we looking for? • Highly organized with a great attention to detail. • Able to handle a wide range of diverse tasks that are constantly changing. • Ensure processes and workflows are followed and even enhanced • Skilled at all back-office systems; MS Office, HubSpot, Sales Force, as well as social media facilitators (Zoho, Hootsuite, etc.) • Comfortable on the phone for follow up calls with customers or vendors as well as answering inbound calls from customers • Experience working remotely as this role will be primarily done virtually. We do want someone local to Tampa as there will be in-person meetings on occasion. What does the Ideal Candidate bring to the table? • The ideal candidate is one who will approach this role as if it is their own business. Someone who will be proactive in getting the job done rather than sitting back waiting for what is next. Someone who can 'manage up' as you will report directly to the co-owners. • The compensation plan will reflect the person who meets these needs as there will be bonuses and commissions available based on the businesses revenue. The better you do - the better we do and you will be rewarded accordingly. • A college degree is preferred but not required.
