Salary Range: $32000.00 - $40000.00 per year

Responsibilities
• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing certificates of insurance.
• Fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients to maintain client retention.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Responding to queries, solving or referring problems, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Meeting business production goals and objectives as established by management.
Requirements
• 4-40 License Required, 2-20 License a bonus.
• 3-5 years Inside Sales & Service experience, Independent Agency experience preferred.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including Agency Management software experience.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
