Full Job Description We are looking to add a part time or full time experienced Wood fire Pizza Chef / Assistant to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers. Responsibilities to include following recipes, prepping toppings making dough, tending to wood-fire oven and preparing high-quality pizza in front of customers in the open dining room. You should be familiar with sanitation regulations.
Responsibilities
• Set up the pizza area with necessary items
• Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients
• Cook pizza in a timely manner
• Ensure appealing plate presentation
• Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy
• Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the pizza and kitchen area
Skills
• Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook
• Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment
• Leadership skills
• Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
• Excellent time management abilities
