Full Job Description Due to Covid our company has expanded!! We are looking for an outgoing and positive customer assistant to join our growing team. The positions we have available are FULL time hours, with potential for advancement! In this role you will be responsible for assisting customers with maintenance equipment, light assembly, answering any questions they might have and assisting our team with their revenue goals. Candidates should possess a friendly demeanor, an energetic and motivated work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.
Customer Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
• Identify customer needs, concerns, and questions
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries
• Build professional relationships with customers through excellent customer service
• Follow up with customers on questions
• Collaborate with immediate team, as well as other teams and departments within our company, to ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Light Assembly 25-30 Lbs
• Perform daily task with our customers’ satisfaction in mind
Customer Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
• Customer assistant experience a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to interact and communicate with many different types of people, both externally with customers, and internally with company team members and departments
• Energetic, motivated work ethic
• Time management skills
• Ability to organize and multitask
