Full Job Description Overview
We are looking for an experienced Wix Specialist for creating a Wix website from a pre-created Photoshop image. As a web development professional, you will be required to undertake a variety of tasks that may include:
• Meeting with clients to discuss briefs, requirements and project progress
• Making technical recommendations
• Creating multimedia designs in liaison with the marketing team (as needed)
• Developing and using skills and expertise in appropriate design packages such as as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Dreamweaver and Animate CC, Apple Final Cut Pro X and alike
• Developing website content
• Coordinating with account managers and technical staff on behalf of the client (if necessary)
• Other relevant tasks as assigned.
This is a part-time opportunity that can turn into a full-time position. Work schedule is flexible. However, there is a 3-day minimum turnaround time on all projects.
Requirements:
• Wix Knowledge
• Home computer (with up-to-date operating system) and stable internet connection
• Deep expertise and hands on experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s
• Web camera for video meetings
• Excellent communication skills via email and chat
• Extreme attention to detail
• Independent self-starter
• Loyal, hardworking, trustworthy
• 'Can do' attitude
Preferred skills
• WordPress and other website building platforms.
