Full Job Description Total Home Roofing is looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Must being a self-starter, and knowledge of property insurance and construction is a bonus. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or relevant role
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent organization and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
• Knowledge of permitting is a plus
• Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Permit runner and administrative work
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
