Full Job Description Mortgage Call Center Representative
Crane Consulting & Outsourcing is seeking Mortgage Customer Service Representatives. We need energetic and empathetic telephone professionals to join our Florida-based team!
Position Description:
The successful candidate will be highly motivated and ready to handle inbound mortgage service calls from borrowers to assist in answering questions, resolving problems, collecting payments, reviewing for loss mitigation, etc.
The ideal candidate will also have strong working knowledge of computer applications and great customer service skills, demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness, and is eager to become part of a growing organization.
Education:
 High school or equivalent (Required)
