Full Job Description 14 Days to Close provides an assortment of loan options and round-the-clock customer service to help house hunters become homeowners. We’re seeking top performing licensed Loan Originators in Tampa, FL. We are ranked #1 in the Nation with PRMG (Top 1% Loan Originator)
Join our rapidly growing origination team with direct access to top producing agents an arm’s length away. As a Loan Originator, you’ll receive a base and commission pay plus unlimited access to top producing agents just an arm’s length away. We provide leads and you provide the support for originating mortgage loans.
You will be responsible for originating mortgage loans, interviewing and following up with borrowers, examining credit histories, and staying abreast of current mortgage regulations.
The ideal candidate
• Communicates with borrowers from initial inquiry to close collecting borrower financial/credit information, required documentation and guiding loan processing
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loan programs
• Is an active NMLS Loan Originator, preferably with multiple state licenses
• Passionately connects with clients
• Confidently communicates over phone, email, text, etc…
• Possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Know how to crush goals. You work hard and stay motivated by the continued opportunities to set and exceed goals
