KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, P2P Supplier Enablement & Support to join our KPMG International Global Procurement organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of the end to end supplier onboarding into the ERP & Procure 2 Pay (P2P) systems
• Provide training and support to suppliers as they transition to the P2P System and supplier portal
• Manage supplier master changes, updates, surveys and communications and resolve all issues in the P2P & ERP systems
• Offer P2P application administration and manage all support on an ongoing basis, inclusive of the Requisition, Sourcing, Contracts, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal and Supplier Information Management modules
• Lead all activities related to P2P system implementation & upgrades, including but not limited to, requirements definition, functional/technical design, configuration, testing, training, change management and cutover
• Be a positive brand ambassador for Global Procurement in providing support for all internal and external users of the P2P system
Qualifications:
• Minimum five years of recent experience in using and supporting P2P systems such as Coupa or Ariba integrated with a company’s ERP system
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
• Experience and knowledge of system support, upgrades, and releases
• Strong people skills and outstanding customer service centric skills to support remote users effectively; strong understanding of procurement processes operationalized through a Procure 2 Pay (P2P) system
• Solid analytical skills geared towards troubleshooting, with the ability to solve complex problems using simple solutions
