Job Summary: Office Manager/Bookkeeper
Zennergy LLC is seeking an Office Manager in Tampa, FL. The primary responsibility of this position will be to oversee all accounting and administrative activities. . They will serve as the job file coordinator, as well as utilizing Quick Books Enterprise, Microsoft Office, and other software as required. The person in this role is expected to automate and improve office productivity.
Office location: Tampa, FL
Job Duties:
• Entering all expenses into QuickBooks, keeping track of receipts
• Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in QuickBooks
• Collections on past due accounts
• Producing commission reports for resellers and in-house salespeople, utilizing QuickBooks reports
• Preparing the monthly financial statements from QuickBooks
• Ordering office supplies and company equipment
• Creating spreadsheets
• Tracking Inventory
• Scheduling travel arrangements for field operations
• Work closely with sales and field operations teams on logistics
Qualifications/Skills:
• Significant QuickBooks experience
• At least two years of office management experience
• Strong Technical and Computer Skills
• AP/AR and collections experience
• Gmail and Google Drive use
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Professionalism
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Problem Solver
• Efficiency
