Full Job Description Resolve customer complaints via phone, email or mail. Use telephones to reach out to customer and verify account information or orders. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling. Assist with placement of orders, refunds or exchange. Opening boxes daily and logging in repairs. Esco has been in business 42 years and strive on our customer service.
