Full Job Description Bill360 is looking for an Operations Support Associate to support the Operations Team with the management of the day-to-day business of a start-up fintech company. This is an entry-level position that will present the right candidate with the opportunity to work with and learn from seasoned professionals. The Operations Support Associate must have a strong aptitude and motivation for learning and be willing to take on any task.
The role's responsibilities are varied and include exposure to many components of running a business. Tasks include performing administrative functions, assisting with administration of SaaS portals, client and employee onboarding, managing micro-projects, training new employees, providing customer support, authoring policy & procedure documentation and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Essential Responsibilities
• Assist with administration of company web and application portals.
• Provide customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Draft and proof company policies and procedures.
• Conduct surveys, gather data and consolidate results.
• Create presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and databases.
• Generate employee training guides and templates.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Cooperate with different departments to improve operational efficiency.
• Complete clerical and administrative tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, ordering supplies, etc.
• Organize and maintain digital file structures and file versioning.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications
• Adept with technology especially Microsoft Office and video conferencing applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, RingCentral, Zoom).
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Superior aptitude for learning.
• Understands system troubleshooting practices.
• Superior analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, as well as listening skills.
• Must be detail and solutions oriented.
Education
• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
