Fast-growing Insurance Agency/Tax Preparation Office in North Tampa is currently seeking a reliable, bilingual (Spanish) individual who can wear many hats to join our team. This position involves customer service, both over the phone and in-person. The ideal candidate will be someone who is resourceful and has the desire to be part of a fast-growing company. If you are tired of working for a large corporation or call center we have a smaller, more relaxed office environment for you.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must have reliable transportation
• Strong communication and people skills REQUIRED
• Sales Experience Preferred
• Proficient in Computer Software
• Insurance/Tax Preparation experience a plus but not required
• Must be able to adapt quickly and be a fast learner, as we are constantly adding additional products.
• Bilingual (Spanish a must, Haitian Creole a plus)
• Candidate needs to be OK with working evenings and some Saturdays
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
