This position is located in our Carrollwood office.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Post patient payments in chart and manage patient accounts
• Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Clean patient accounts and prepare statements
• Working with patients to set up payment plans and hardship accounts
• Answer patient inquiries on account status and charges
• Audit for provider missing encounters

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
• Medical billing experience and/or equivalent training
• Experience with computers and office related programs (Excel and Word, document editors, etc.)
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
• Chiropractic and/or Primary Care clinic setting
• Modern office technology including small office networks
• Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, including practice management software
