Purpose
The Administrative position is with a Residential Construction Company. The Estimator/ Purchasing Executive Admin will be responsible for scheduling maintenance and completion of Builder PO’s. Submitting and accepting change orders. Processing billing and making contacts for collections. As an Estimator your main responsibility will be to estimate work of particular projects by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. The Administrator will have contact with senior-level employees and business accounts, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
Duties will include but not limited to;
• Schedule Builders PO’s
• Builder PO reconciliation
• Change Order Management
• Some Estimating
Technical Skills and Experience
• Two to three year’s prior scheduling, data entry, billing/ collections, estimating and construction services is preferred
• Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting.
• Experience with Sage or other large automated accounting system a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Word.
• Ten key by touch required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
• Must possess Time Management skills

Contacts
Daily interaction with various division personnel, outside agencies, business partners, consultants and homeowners. Occasional contact with the general public. Frequent external contacts where matters discussed require resourcefulness, patience, clarity and tact.
