Morning Star Catholic School in Tampa is looking for an Administrative Assistant who will work with all school stakeholders and support the school’s mission by providing an office environment that welcomes and values all individuals. Morning Star School is a Catholic school for students with learning disabilities and related challenges. At Morning Star we believe that “Every interaction is an opportunity for grace.”
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for maintaining a professional, service-oriented school front office including but not limited to facilitating all responsibilities that relate to a welcoming, efficient, productive and secure front office and campus.
The Administrative Assistant's role is to support students, teachers, parents and administrators through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication, be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material, and familiar with a variety of the school office practices and financial procedures.
Also, the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email is important ensuring Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner in a safe and caring school environment dedicated to the success of our exceptional learners.
