JOB DESCRIPTION
A client in the Tampa Bay area is looking for an IT Security Analyst to join their team. This person will be responsible for checking SIEM alerts, checking reports, working with incident response, running vulnerability scanner reports and following up with other team members to make sure the required tasks are being completed/attended to.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• 4 years of Security Analyst experience
• vulnerability scanner experience
• incident response experience
• basic knowledge with topology, switches, routers, firewalls
• experience reviewing SIEM alerts and reports (preferably Splunk)
• eligible for security clearance (they can hold up to a TS/SCI)
DESIRED SKILLS
• Splunk
• DOD certification
