Full Job Description Medical Delivery Services is looking for an experienced and reliable Recruitment Assistant in Tampa, Florida. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM. This is an onsite position with full-time hours and a full benefits package.
Job purpose
The responsibilities of the Recruitment Assistant are to provide support and assistance to the Recruitment Coordinator to ensure our company attracts, contracts and retains the best drivers, while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Support needs of the Recruitment Coordinator.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications via the ATS, and performing phone screenings.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Stay active with current job boards, social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), and platforms to find talent.
• Handle administrative duties and recordkeeping. Maintain the ATS database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, contracted, and not contracted drivers, and other candidate relationships.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
