Requirements:
• 3 years' experience in IT recruiting.
• Track record of success in staffing all levels of IT positions i.e. Project Managers, Architects, Analysts, Developers, Testers and End User Support.
• Ability to establish strong relationships with both Technology Professionals and with other Sales and Operations staff to maintain a positive and successful work environment.
• Thorough knowledge of the entire recruiting life cycle.
• Familiarity with various recruiting techniques & applicant tracking tools.
• Strong organizational skills required and ability to multi task critical functions.
• Good negotiating skills coupled with ability to close offers with candidates.
