Your Opportunity :
Taylor Communications is seeking a Team Lead Print Operating Technician to work in Tampa, FL . The position is responsible for operating multiple pieces of print equipment.
Your Shift:
• Monday – Friday : 7:30AM -4:00PM
Your Responsibilities:
• Perform set up necessary from work order instructions (window dies, window film, glue, flexo plates, etc.) and operates a high-speed envelope machine.
• Performs preventative maintenance as well as general maintenance on envelope equipment.
• Maneuvers and loads various roll stock onto press either by hand or utilizing a hoist. May also operate forklift or clamp truck to retrieve roll stock from warehouse necessary to complete the order.
• M onitors quality of product being produced to ensure specific standards are being met.
• Lead by training associates; facilitating work; assisting production with trouble shooting issues
You Must Have:
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively with fellow employees.
• Ability to work in a face paced environment
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and instructions and interpret numerical data
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
We Would Also Prefer:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a lead or supervisory position
Related/relevant experience to position preferred
