Full Job Description Baymar Solutions has an urgent need to hire a Systems Administrator for one of our clients in Tampa, FL. This is a contract to hire position (13 weeks, or 520 hours) with a transition to full time employment.

Our client is a family owned and operated organization with approximately 90 employees. This position will be new to the organization, taking over responsibilities from the executive leadership team to scale growth and leadership transition. The client specializes in manufacturing within aerospace, with a short term goal of attaining a CMMC Certification as required by their military/defense clients.
This role is important to the organization, and this person would serve as the most technical POC on site. Cybersecurity is extremely important due to the confidential nature of the parts being manufactured for defense and military customers. Additionally, this position would be ideal for an IT professional to grow and develop in. Ideally the client would like to hire someone who looks for opportunities to improve processes, increase security and efficiencies.

More about the position:
• Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, desktop and software issues
• Diagnose system emergencies when they arise and persevere until they are resolved
• Work with vendor representatives to resolve software and hardware issues as needed
• Must be detail oriented; work with minimal supervision; Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
• ERP software experience preferred, but not required.
• Experience working in an ISO 9001 / ASO 9100 environment preferred
