Full Job Description Growing Contract manufacturing company looking for a line/production associate.
M-TH 7am-530pm
Duties include but not limited to:
Running fill lines, cleaning, packing out, and labeling products.
Training provided.
The successful candidate will ensure daily excellence so that results are achieved in safety, quality, scrap, downtime, cost and efficiency.
Candidate will coordinate activities with other supervisors to ensure consistency across shifts and plant, lead continuous assessment, feedback, and development of employees toward higher levels of individual and group performance.
Quality is top priority, and managing production employees and following SOPs for OTC and cosmetic is key.
We are a fun group, and we like people who are creative and smart and figure out the best efficiencies for what we are doing.
No experience required but must be willing to learn.
