Robert Half Technology is seeking a Tier 1-2 MAC Support Technician for a rapidly growing company opening up an office in Tampa, FL!
Top technical experience: MAC OS, JIRA, OKTA, GSuite
• At least 2 years of experience in a desktop support or IT support role in an enterprise environment
• Experience diagnosing, debugging and resolving technical issues
• Troubleshoot and support Apple computers
• Answer and resolve helpdesk requests in a timely manner
• Provide friendly customer service internally while maintaining SLAs
• Triage and maintain ownership of tickets throughout the lifespan of the request
• Set up new hire equipment including laptops, monitors, and other accessories
• Help support user accounts across various internal and external systems
• Assist in setting up hardware and internal software systems
• Assist with writing documentation and technical instructions
• Assist in onboarding new employees
• Support existing IT infrastructure
• Install and configure new IT equipment
