- Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, reviewing payments received, and record deposits
- Manage a well-organized system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
- Manage and review general ledger
- Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
- Look after archived records by categorizing documents
- Settle accounts by reconciling entries
- Put together financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information - QuickBooks experience
- Prior experience using accounting software
- BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred $21.85-$25.3 per Hourly Employment Type: Temporary
