IT Help Desk Administrator
• Troubleshoot computer problems, determine source and determine possible solutions, tests and implements solutions.
• Perform a variety of maintenance, software update and installations, end-user support and training tasks.
• Install, configure and maintain computers, Windows networks, file servers, network cabling, and other related equipment.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed by the end-users on the network.
