Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Bilingual, Professional, Motivated and Experienced On-Site Staffing Coordinator for our customer in Tampa, FL 33619.

Salary:
$38, 000 - $41, 000 per year based on experience, plus great benefits

Schedule and Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Some overtime required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruiting, applicant screening, interviewing, placing, counseling employees.
Managing, counseling, hiring, terminating, orientating, and leading associate workforce.
Establishing and maintaining contacts and relationships with key individuals who are ordering sources and decision makers for staffing business.
Implementing account development strategies to sell and secure growth within account Meeting with appropriate managers to monitor customer service levels.
Establishing strong communication with client representatives to achieve optimal productivity and fulfill the contingent workforce objectives.
Conducting associate reviews utilizing employee feedback forms, performance counseling, exit interviews.
Conducting and documenting work site evaluations on client location.
Documenting all employment related developments in computer system.
Calculating payroll for employees.
Performs other related duties as required by management.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Must be able to work 40+ hours (including early mornings or late evenings).
Must be able to be on-call some weekends and work after 5:00 pm as needed.
Must have excellent customer service skills, good clerical skills (type 40 - 50 wpm), and computer skills.
Applicant must be an advanced user of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Applicant must be bilingual (Spanish / English).
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
Previous staffing experience required.
