STRENGTHENED BY ALL.   Position Summary: As the Seasonal Recruiter,  you will manage the Tampa division full cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates online, updating job ads and conducting background checks. High volume positions include warehouse and transportation. This is a SEASONAL, non-benefit eligible position Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Can be flexible with the schedule and anticipate this assignment to end in August.   Position Responsibilities: Sourcing candidates through job postings, local agencies, and other creative avenues. Screen incoming resumes and applications. Conduct phone pre-screening of applicants and schedule on site interviews. Partnering with hiring managers to understand the preferred qualifications for job openings. Performing HRIS data maintenance; including new hires processing and status changes. Advertise job openings on the company’s career page, social media, job boards and internally. Manage the requisitions in the ATS. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Skills & Experiences: Proven work experience as a high-volume Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Experience with sourcing techniques. General knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations. Proficiency with computers utilizing Microsoft products such as Excel.
