Arcadis seeks UXO Technicians (I, II, & III), UXO Quality Control Specialists, UXO Safety Officers, and Senior UXO Supervisor (SUXOS) candidates for various project sites across the United States and US Territories.

All candidates must meet the requirements in accordance with DDESB TP-18 (latest version) for the desired position(s).
Position descriptions:
• UXO Tech I – Candidates must be graduates from a DDESB Certified UXO-TI Course, commercial UXO experience in munitions response actions and range clearance activities a plus.
• UXO Tech II – Candidates must have previous military EOD and/or commercial UXO experience in munitions response or range clearance activities plus 3 years of UXO work experience.
• UXO Tech III – Candidates must have previous military EOD and/or commercial UXO experience in munitions response or range clearance activities plus 8 years of UXO work experience.
• Must be able perform responsibilities of UXO TII and TI.
• Supervise and perform all MEC-related activities for project execution.
• UXO Quality Control Specialist – Candidates must have significant experience in all phases of munitions response actions and or range clearance activities.
• Must be able perform responsibilities of UXO TIII, TII and TI.
• Military EOD graduates must have 8 years of progressive EOD/UXO experience.
• UXO TI Course graduates must have 10 years of progressive UXO experience.
• Additional training requirements include OSHA 8-hour Management and Supervisor Training course, quality professional training and demonstrate an understanding of QC and QA practices associated with MEC-related activities and managing and processing MPPEH, including documentation of its explosives safety status.
• UXO Safety Officer – Candidates must have significant experience in all phases of munitions response actions and or range clearance activities.
• Must be able perform responsibilities of UXO TIII, TII and TI.
• Military EOD graduates must have 8 years of progressive EOD/UXO experience.
• UXO TI Course graduates must have 10 years of progressive UXO experience.
• Additional training requirements include OSHA 8-hour Management and Supervisor Training course; 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training (30-hour accepted and preferred), demonstrate an understanding of Safety practices associated with MEC-related activities, managing and processing MPPEH, including documentation of its explosives safety status.
• SUXOS – Candidates must have significant experience in all phases of munitions response actions and or range clearance activities. Ability to communicate effectively with project management team and supervise and coordinate with interdisciplinary project teams.
• Must be able perform responsibilities of UXOSO, UXOQCS, UXO TIII, TII and TI.
• Military EOD graduates must have 10 years of progressive EOD/UXO experience.
• UXO TI Course graduates must have 13 years of progressive UXO experience.
• Additional training requirements include OSHA 8-hour Management and Supervisor Training course, 10-hour OSHA Construction Safety and Health Training (30-hour accepted and preferred), quality professional training, demonstrate an understanding of Safety and QC practices associated with MEC-related activities, managing and processing MPPEH, including documentation of its explosives safety status.
All qualified UXO candidates must have an OSHA 40 Hour HAZWOPER certification, current 8-hour refresher and OSHA physical.
All projects will require an ATF Possessor clearance.

In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rules:

Full time positions also come with annual PTO days and at certain levels a bonus program may apply.
The Salary range for this role is $12.00 - 34.90 per hour for Colorado based positions only. Pay rate will be determined based on level of position.
