Maxar is looking for a Geospatial Software Developer who will work in an agile and fast paced development environment supporting analysts whose mission is to solve complex, unique, and challenging geospatial problems. Candidate will also be tasked with supporting GASPAR and / or web service initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
• B.S. in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science or related field.  4 years of related work experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 2 years in design and implementation of web and/or desktop applications.
• 2 years of scripting (preferably Python).
• Experience with modern high level programming language: C#, C++, Java or Visual Basic.
• Must be motivated, self-driven team player who can interact well with others and advise/consult with other team members on software development related issues.
• US Citizenship required
