Job Description
Primary Objective:
Spectrio is looking for an experienced operations or creative production professional to manage logistics, capacity balancing, team resources, and cross-team dependencies to efficiently deliver excellent content for Spectrio clients at scale.
Responsibilities:
• Cast vision for creative teams that ties their work to Spectrio Core Values
• Work with creative directors to update and manage to team and individual KPIs supporting increased efficiency
• Work with sales and product to establish standard timelines and scope, escalating and expediting when necessary
• Bring support and/or pressure to creative teams to meet timelines, respecting the creative process while expecting accountability
• Assess all workflows, processes, and teams currently in place and adapting them as necessary to maximize efficiency and output
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Logistics leads to improve end-to-end experience and reduce time to go-live
• Develop and drive cross-training among creative teams
• Facilitate the automation of low-complexity processes/tasks
• Develop resource plan including contractors, full time employees, repeatable processes, and career-pathing to provide the appropriate resource for each project at the appropriate cost
• Provide data-driven staffing forecasts, anticipating and accommodating seasonal trends
• Develop future-proof systems to integrate teams, processes, and proprietary tools from acquisitions
• Manage, coach, and mentor creative production managers
• All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
• Proven experience producing creative deliverables at scale
• Experience working in a creative capacity - copywriting, audio, graphics or video
• 7-10 years experience leading and managing large (50+) operations/creative teams required; experience with customer service and managing a customer service team a plus
• Experience working with cloud-based digital asset management
• Bachelor's degree in a creative, technical, or business discipline preferred
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to communicate meaningful numbers and metrics effectively
• Experience working with international contractors
• Passion for developing a culture of problem solving
• Customer-focused
• Experience working with resellers a plus
