Full Job Description The enterprising spirit is alive and well within Angelo’s RM and its Team Members take pride in providing innovation, quality work and producing high quality recycled materials to preserve our environment.
Angelo’s Recycled Materials is looking for a full time Scale House Team Leader. This Team Member will support Angelo’s Scale House Operations.
Job Duties:
• Supervises Scale House Team Members and creates work schedules, assignments, training, etc.
• Trains all Scale House Team Members on security, cash handling, customer service, annual trainings, etc.,
• Travels to the various Scale Houses on short notice
• Coordinates with Accounting on daily sales, change orders, end of day discrepancies for overages/shortages, etc.
• Monitors daily deposits, petty cash and security and safeguarding all monetary instruments
• Reports to the Accounting Manager
• Office duties and light paperwork
Job Requirements:

• Must have a positive, mature attitude, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Bilingual preferred
