Full Job Description Our client is seeking an AR Specialist who is experienced with QuickBooks to play a key role in the accounting functions for their construction company. This role offers a ton of potential for career growth as the company is expanding rapidly. The potential of this position is only limited by the individual. It will begin with a focus on AR and then grow into other areas of accounting as you are capable. Our client offers above market compensation, excellent benefits, and a relaxed, family like culture.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Create Invoices, collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system
• Create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information
• Assist with Accounts Payable & Payroll
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• AA or BA Preferred
• QuickBooks 2 years
• Accounts Receivable
• Builder Trend Software a plus
