Duties and Responsibilities
• Collaborates with multiple teams and acts as a liaison between different business units and IT team in gathering requirements to be used in developing reports using business analytics tools used by the company.
• Builds reports using Reporting tools -Crystal Reports 8.5, Crystal Report 2008 and Crystal Report X1
• Works on i-Net Crystal Clear Designer/Report Viewer.
• Works on ORACLE 11g and ORACLE 12c database for the development, enhancement and unit testing of Oracle-PL/SQL packages and Procedures.
• Part of Data Analytics, Incident analysis and resolution team for Production support incidents, bug fixes and Change Requests.
• Occasionally writes technical documents which are help files for the end users to understand the CR and use the application with ease.
• Experience in using SVN, WINSCP and JIRA.
• Design reports based on customer requirement and maintain the existing reports.
• Identify the proper data source and create new data source or maintain the existing data sources.
• Analyze and identify the root cause of the issues reported and support production system.
• Work/interact with multiple teams to deliver the assigned tasks.
