This Bookkeeper opportunity will be located in the Tampa, Florida area and will be a full-time position. As the Bookkeeper, you will oversee the month-end closing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and reconciliation. Additionally, the Bookkeeper will handle coding, light journal entries or general ledger reconciliation and perform data entry, cash applications, and full cycle A/P. Apply immediately!
Your responsibilities
- Plan monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Direct Accounts Receivable
- Assemble sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Supplementary assignments when necessary
- Govern monthly accounting close
- Maintain general ledger
- Help with monthly accounting close
- Administrate Accounts Payable
- Organize subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
- Assemble cash flow projections, as needed
- Accomplished in credit card management and reconciliation - Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
- 3+ years of related experience- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
- QuickBooks experience
- Self-starter with efficient time management and organizational skills
- Noteworthy accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills $45000-$50000 per Yearly Employment Type: Full-time
