Job Description Job Description Description of the Position (Responsibilities):
We are looking for an individual who has an aptitude towards teaching others. Someone who is good at communicating well with others and has a desire to learn the Jonas Club Management (JCM) Software system. You will work alongside our team of experts to help train clients how to setup and use JCM. You will teach and assist new and existing clients with learning our specialized Club Accounting/Point-of-Sale/Inventory/Tee Time/Event Management software. Hospitality and or member club experience a plus, including golf operations. Some of the responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
• Learning the Jonas Club Management Software system, along with ancillary products
• Train clients on different modules within the system
• Collaborate on projects with different teammates
• Log hours spent training the clients
• Manipulate data-files and configure system settings
• Travel to all types of member-centric properties implementing JCM
*Must be willing to travel*
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000

Experience & Skills (not mandatory, but preferred):
• Experience in the club, hotel/resort or hospitality industry is a plus
• Customer service experience a plus
• Experience with suite of Office products
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented with an ability to prioritize task
• Able to navigate on a computer efficiently
• Self-motivated
• Quick Learner
• Good listener
• Great Problem Solver
• Works well with others
• Certifications are a plus

• Valid drivers license
