Job Description Job Description Role and Responsibilities
This position is a full-time position responsible for installing dump bodies, trailers, wet kits, 5th wheels, and other truck equipment to company and customer standards to meet the production schedule. The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
• Follow the designated schedule and tasks as directed by your manager/supervisor to ensure on time delivery of completed units
• Maintain shop supplies, work area and tools.
• Weld, install, repair, and maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery, parts, and systems as directed by supervisor
• Clock in and out on time and work full shift as directed by your manager/supervisor
• Use and conduct proper care of Personal Protective Equipment
• Adhere to all safety parameters as outlined in the Warren Handbook
• Maintain clean, safe work area
• Participate in a team atmosphere
Qualifications and Education Requirements
This position requires a GED or equivalent industry experience. The average years of experience for this position is 3 years. Ideal candidates supply their own hand tools. Previous welding experience is preferred.

The employee is frequently required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee will operate primarily in a shop setting, that is not temperature controlled. The employee must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. The employee may be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
The employee is expected to be on time, ready to work on a daily basis. Normal business hours are determined by the employee’s manager. Mandatory overtime is sometimes required.
