Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative.
Job Description:
The Client Account Services Entitlements team is responsible for the set up and maintenance of  client account entitlements. Our core objective is to ensure clients are delivered a seamless experience accessing and leveraging their accounts & products. The team supports both the CIB & CB organizations to service clients and in doing so partners with Implementation and Client Service teams as part of their core activities The team also partners with Product & Technology to solution entitlement issues, drive process efficiency and provide domain expertise on strategic programs.
Role Description
The contractor will be responsible for completing account maintenance & set up requests, RSA token assignment & packaging, and liaising with internal customers. Individual will need to be motivated and a quick learner, experience with excel, web, and mainframe applications is a plus.
Required to work in Tampa office 5 days a week.
Experience/Skill Set
Experience in a similar customer service/data entry role
Experience using Microsoft suite including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Motivated individual with a proactive approach to work
Ability to work independently to identify tasks that need to be executed and take ownership to get these delivered
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Keen attention to detail and accuracy
