Description
Location: Tampa, FL area
The Senior Consultant provides technical expertise in the implementation of complex and multi-phase solutions for GreenPages’ clients, to the highest degree of customer satisfaction. As a subject matter expert in his or her given competency, the Senior Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to our customers and understands and delivers the desired business outcomes. As a member of the Professional Services team, the consultant works closely with Pre-Sales Architects, and Project and Practice Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure that identified business outcomes are met through the successful execution of services engagements
• Ability to implement high quality technical solutions based on industry best practices and technical requirements
• Perform superior consultation, implementation, documentation and knowledge transfer for all billable engagements
• Perform work and assigned tasks in accordance with established budget and timelines
• Develop and maintain knowledge of GreenPages’ current professional, managed and cloud service offerings and strategic relationships
• Demonstrate superior aptitude with technologies related to specific practice area
• Document best practices in developing and deploying GreenPages’ solutions; develop repeatable standards based on best practices
• Manage competing requests across simultaneous engagements
• Produce documentation in accordance with GreenPages’ standards
• Develop and maintain knowledge as well as input to the GreenPages’ solutions portfolio and specific practice area offerings
• Assist in the development of GreenPages’ service offerings, including definition of tasks, deliverables and standard estimates
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers
• Support senior technical staff as required
• Complete trainings related to certifications and identified needed skills as defined by manager
• Maintain and develop knowledge on emerging technologies and products across practice areas by attaining certifications, participating in industry events and collaborating across all practices areas
• Achieve personal utilization metrics as outlined by management
• Provide daily status reports to project and account teams
• Provide day-to-day technical direction and mentoring to team members
• Work with Practice Managers to further develop delivery methodology and product offering for area of expertise.
Qualifications
Professional Requirements:
• Three or more years of relevant consulting experience in customer facing positions
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Solid time management
• B.S./B.A./M.S. degree or equivalent technical training
• Demonstrated strength in at least one engineering discipline
• Understand emerging technologies within given technical competency to provide consultative services around road-mapping for GreenPages’ client base
• Ability to implement technology enhancements to improve reliability, performance, and usability
• Azure or similar certifications required;
• Aptitude to test for and earn technical certifications as required
• Demonstrate strong technical and business writing skills, and the ability to produce written technical documents
• Demonstrated ability to address and resolve technical escalations; strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to travel to customer sites; Up to 50% travel may be required for this position
• Demonstrated track record of customer satisfaction and on time, on budget deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and customer demands
• Strong client and team presentation skills
• Ability to exhibit appropriate professional behavior with colleagues and customers
• Ability to contribute to a performance-driven, positive work environment
• Demonstrated ability to be a strong customer advisor
Working Conditions/Environmental Requirements:
This position is based at GreenPages’ office. Remote currently due to COVID.
