The Director, Growth, Innovation and Partnerships will play a key role in driving the growth of Bloomin’ Brands through cross-brand digital channels. The initial focus will be on customer loyalty, virtual brands and overall digital marketing planning and strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Identify emerging non-traditional revenue sources and determine opportunity / priority for BBI Identify and collaborate with potential Loyalty partners to drive mutually-beneficial relationships Drive the growth of current and potential virtual brands through a variety of product, marketing and channel partnership efforts. Identify and implement new levers and strategies as we evolve our customer loyalty program, Dine Rewards Monitor market trends and benchmark what other “best in class” companies are successfully implementing regarding technology and innovation. Work closely with a multitude of internal partners, including Customer Technology, Off Premises Dining, Brand Marketing Leads, Brand Operations Leads, Media and Customer Insights REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field, required Experience/Skills: Minimum of seven years of experience in driving Customer loyalty and innovation, preferably in a restaurant or other similar retail space. Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to “work across the aisle” to get things done in a collaborative and impactful manner. Proven ability to drive revenue gains based on past experience.
