Full Job Description You will perform technical support and administrative support to our clinical and office personnel over the Tampa Bay area. Our main office is in Tampa near the airport however you will be required to drive to our clinic offices as needed so a valid Florida drivers license and reliable car will be required.
Principle Accountabilities:
• Coordinate and assist with IT systems and problems such as resolving printer problems and performing system recoveries and backups.
• Provide technical support to employees, includes both onsite and over the phone
• Able to communicate effectively both orally and in written form
• Able to perform independently and make decisions independently
• Respond in a timely matter to service issues and requests
• Ability to manage time and workload
• Provide great customer service at all times
• Networking Knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Testing new technology
• SQL Server 2014 and above
• Active directory, Group Policies and Exchange Server 2016 and above
• Windows 10, Mac OS, iOS and Android
• Manage multiple virtual environments
• Knowledge of personal computers and laptops
• Able to perform independently and make decisions independently
Technology:
• Windows Server 2012 and above
• SQL Server 2014 and above
• Experience with EMR systems (desired)
• Experience with SAP Crystal Reports (desired)
