Full Job Description Assistant Manager – Rise Pies Handcrafted Pizza - International Plaza and Bay Street
Rise Pies, Pizza perfection in 160 seconds. Rise Pies was created with two simple goals. First, we create top quality pizzas using fresh ingredients and home-made recipes. Then we bake it and serve it fresh and piping hot from our 600 degree WoodStone ovens. Come be a part of this young growing company, we are based out of Youngstown Ohio with 17 locations.

Job Description:
The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager in the operation of the store and act as the GM in their absence. These tasks include perform all essential duties of pizza making, training and developing work force, ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, and maintaining safety and security of all times.
Management Responsibilities:
• Professional and positive attitude with Rise Pies customers and staff
• Handle all customer concerns according to Rise Pies standards
• Open and close store according to Rise Pies procedures
• Commitment to running a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license
Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
